The floor plan: the lower storeys have rooms on both sides of the corridors. There are a small kitchen and toilets in the northwestern corner of each of the lower floors, and a technical room is located in this corner on the top floor. A mixed zone for equipment and communications is provided in the middle of the building, with a central, open stairwell for access.
