The icbp International Conference on Building Performance is being held from 20-21 September 2010 in Berlin in the conference centre belonging to the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The focus will be on building performance, whereby the balancing and optimisation measures should extend across the entire lifecycle. The new event intends to act as an international forum for exchanging ideas between specialist planning and architecture, energy management and administration, politics and organisations and between investors and science.

Under the patronage of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, this year the icbp is being organised for the first time by the Institute of Building Services and Energy Design (IGS) at the Technical University Braunschweig in collaboration with the Ebert-Ingenieure engineering company.
