This year, the 8th International Vacuum Insulation Symposium is taking place in Germany. The two-day international conference in Würzburg is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi), and presented by Bayerisches Zentrum für Angewandte Energieforschung e.V. (ZAE Bayern). The symposium is focussed on worldwide research activities in the field of vacuum insulation.
