This project demonstrates the metamorphosis of a dreary precast concrete building into a stimulating environment for our little ones. The children’s day care centre in Wismar was in urgent need of refurbishment. In this project, solutions were developed that offer significant architectural and usage-related improvements as well as energy efficiency improvements.
